Gazprom gas output rises 18.1% to 316.5 bcm in Jan 1–Aug 15
MOSCOW, Aug 16 (PRIME) -- The gas output of Russian gas giant Gazprom increased by 18.1% on the year to 316.5 billion cubic meters in January 1–August 15, the company said in a statement published on its Telegram channel on Monday.
Gas supplies to the internal market from Gazprom’s gas transmission system increased by 14.7%, or by 19.6 billion cubic meters, in the period.
Gas exports to the non-CIS states grew by 21.5% on the year to 123 billion cubic meters in the period. Exports to Germany rose by 41.5%, to Italy by 15.9%, to Serbia more than doubled on the year, to Turkey almost tripled, and to Romania more than quadrupled, while gas deliveries to Poland grew by 13.8%, to Greece by 17.5%, to Bulgaria by 48.9%, and to Finland by 27.9%.
